To produce these, your tongue touches most part of the hard palate.
And the most noticeable difference between NH and LH is this: NH is nasal and LH is oral sound.
If you are a native speaker of Spanish, French or Italian it’s easy to pronounce the NH, because you already have this sound in your language.
